It’s that time of the year!!  We start thinking about the Crawfish Boil in Natchez, MS!!  We have rooms blocked out at the Grand Hotel in Natchez, MS for April 12 and 13.   You can call the Hotel at 601-446-9994 and make your reservations.  Make sure that you mention the Southwestern Hardwood Club and you will get our Room Rate.

Also, if you do not eat Crawfish and would prefer a Steak with all the trimmings, you will need to let me know by emailing, calling or texting me.  The registration fee for guests and non-members is $150 per person.  Your fee can be paid online on our website or you can mail your payment to:

Remember that each company member has two passes to this event.  If a member company has more than two attending the event, each extra person attending must pay the $150 registration fee.  Also the club must submit orders specific to a head count for each of our events and the Club has to pay based on that head count submitted, regardless if a person attends or not.  Sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that come up at the last minute and that is understandable.

We will send out the itinerary for the Crawfish Boil in the next couple of weeks.  This is going to be a good one!!!!
